Mardi LLC will perform as the Agent-Representative Petitioner on behalf of the sponsored individuals. Mardi acts as the U.S. agent for the purpose of applying for an O-1 Visa. It is important to note that Mardi is not in the business of procuring employment – Mardi serves as the mere representative for the visa process.
